dash dog steals the show

Last Friday we enjoyed the first days of Autumn from our stall at Peascod Street in Windsor, selling our exclusive merchandise and sending out our purple donation tins to local shops and companies.

We had a very special guest with us on the stall. Carlos the pug belongs to our lovley Debbie who has volunteered for us for over a year. Carlos loves attention and he is very good at drawing in the public. He also looks rather dashing in a Dash baseball cap!

With the fantastic support of our kind local community, we were able to dispatch 30 tins throughout Windsor town centre. We also raised £70 from selling our merchandise. Days such as this not only raise money for us but also raises awareness. Many survivors approach us to share their success stories with us which reminds us of the reason behind our work. 1 in 4 women and 1 in 6 men are affected by domestic abuse, we’re here to help.
