Mirka Naplavova, our Complex Needs IDVA (Independent Domestic Violence Advocate) was proud to receive her Commendation from Thames Valley Police's Area Commander :

" for exceptional performance in supporting the Force Value of Taking pride in delivering a high quality service."

Mirka has worked for The Dash Charity for several years now and is passionate about supporting some of our most vulnerable victims  - those with mental health issues, language barriers, homelessness or who may be sex working or trafficked into our community. Mirka is often seen rushing out the door to help someone in urgent need, trying to find money for overnight accommodation to get someone off the streets or accompanying a client to the police station to report a crime.

We are proud to have you on our team!
