Alison joined the Board in 2008 and took over as CEO in September 2019 after being a champion of The Dash Charity for 15 years.
Alison has over 30 years of experience in talent management. Recently,
Alison has managed and delivered Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) projects for
a number of multi-national companies, including De Beers Diamond Jewellers and
Prior to working with the charity, Alison headed up Executive Development for Associated British Foods (ABF) for 8 years. Alison became the primary mover in addressing Diversity &Inclusion for the company. She set up the Business Education Forum, designed to educate senior and high potential women about the wider business, give career management advice, provide access to senior mentors and enhance members’ networks.
Alison is passionate about women’s and children’s issues and the need to take positive action to keep them safe in today’s society. She has also driven charitable projects in Malawi, India and Thailand.
Alison can also be seen walking her 2 dogs in Sonning trying to spot George Clooney!

Eleanor has been with us for over 2 years, she's passionate about promoting women's positive body image, self-confidence and gender equality. She loves the water and loves to scuba dive or play water polo when she gets the chance!
Community Engagement Manager
Caron is our resident Northener, can talk for England and is often heard telling staff off in the kitchen for not putting the milk in first!
Caron started as a volunteer over 12 years ago - has done practically every role going - from IDVA to Trainer and now Community Fundraiser; she's passionate about making a difference to those in need.

Mirka - her middle name is 'above and beyond'; she is dedicated to helping the most vulnerable victims of domestic abuse and she can often be seen within our community helping the homeless with our partner agencies.
