Domestic abuse awareness training with Dash

The Dash Charity is now delivering domestic abuse awareness training to corporate organisations, equipping employees with the knowledge and tools to recognise and respond to domestic abuse in supportive and informed workplaces.

These sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each organisation, ensuring they are both engaging and impactful.

We currently provide:

  • One-off virtual “listen and learn” sessions for staff or volunteers, offering an introductory understanding of domestic abuse and how to support colleagues, clients, or family members.

Delivered by our experienced Domestic Abuse Prevention Worker, these engaging sessions are perfect for raising awareness across teams.

  • In-depth workshops for HR teams, line managers, or other dedicated staff, focused on developing policies and procedures to support disclosures in the workplace.
  • Consultancy services to help leadership teams create and implement comprehensive domestic abuse policies and practices.

Our sessions are delivered online or in person (travel costs apply for in-person sessions), and the income generated helps fund our vital services for survivors of domestic abuse.

Recent feedback from Kier Group, where we have delivered a domestic abuse awareness lunch-and-learn sessions, highlights the impact of our work:

“A moving session with high engagement from attendees. Gaby used a variety of materials to bring different dynamics to the session.”

If your organisation is interested in learning more or booking a session, get in touch and we’d love to discuss how we can support your team.
