Our Current Wishlist

At The Dash Charity, we truly appreciate all offers of help and donations, but unfortunately, we are quite limited on storage space, so please don't be offended if we say no to certain items. We will, however, never fully turn down any generosity. If there are certain items that we can’t take, we will try and signpost you to one of our partner organisations/charities that may be happy to receive your kind donations.

That being said, there are certain items that we nearly always welcome! Be sure to check out the list of essential items that we need.

Wish List

If you do have the resources to help us by donating specific items, we have a few things that are at the top of our wish list at the moment! Dash Charities have 3 Refuge safehouses, which accommodate 14 families with children mostly under the age of 5 years old, so as you can imagine we often need to replace toys and general household items.

We politely request new items or items which are as new as possible. We are only able to take brand new electrical items for safety reasons. Moving into a shared house in a new area can be challenging, so we aim to make each family’s stay as comfortable as possible. We are usually always in need of the following items:

If you are keen to donate, we would appreciate it! Click to email us with more information about what and how you wish to donate and we will be in touch!

The Dash Charity is a fully-licensed charity that is set on helping people within our community. See our current wish list.

Christmas Amazon Wish List

Christmas can be a really difficult time for victims of domestic abuse, that’s why we have created this Amazon Wishlist so people who wish to bring joy to those who need it most can do so by selecting an item on the Wishlist. We have chosen specific items that will make life a little bit easier, more comfortable and generally nicer for our families. There is a range of toys to choose from which will go to children who we support in the local community and who are staying in our refuges over Christmas.

Thank You!
