‘Katie’ contacted us after police were called to her address. ‘Katie’s ex-partner had thrown her and her son out onto the street in their bare feet and he had refused to let her take their baby, stating he was keeping the baby for ‘her own safety’. ‘Katie’ advised he had done this previously and she had reconciled with him as this was the only way to get the baby back. ‘Katie’ is in touch with a local solicitor and is going to Court today to obtain an emergency Court Order to return her baby to her.
